Here are some free lessons to study and activities to print out or have your children draw out what they learned.
We offer lessons for Kingdom Kids ages 5-7, 8-12 and Youth 13-18

Life wearing you down? Are you going through more than you can handle right now? You don't have to go through it alone. God wants to speak to you, but we have to be willing to listen. Come let us pray with you. Every Wednesday throughout Summer, you're welcome to join us for "Upstream Wednesdays" all you have to do is show up. Let God take care of the rest.
Prayer
Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.
Sometimes the only time people think about praying is before a meal. As a teen these were some of the questions I had. What is prayer? It’s a conversation with Jesus, just like conversation with your best friends. It is critical to making our relationship with Him the center of our lives. But conversation just like in real life, doesn’t always have to feel amazing and it doesn’t always have to be perfect.
Questions you may ask
• When and why do you pray?
• Why do people sometimes feel inadequate to pray? Or why do some people feel like they need someone else to do it for them?
• Why do some people think prayer involves extravagant language?
As a teen I use to get scared to say the right prayer in front of the youth leaders when called on. I learned as a Christian teen that God didn’t care how I prayed, but just wanted me to talk with him as a friend. I learned that my prayers were much deeper then just prayer. God wanted to hear my heart and wanted me to be real.

Simple steps of prayer
Giving thanks to God for health, life, family and friends etc.
Giving God your request? What is it that your in need of? Jesus is concern with every area of you life.
Prayer is what empowers God's Armor as we put each piece on.
